Indonesia and France have agreed to begin the first of a series of meeting that will pave the way for the resumption of the Paris peace talks on Cambodia, an in formed source said yesterday. the source said new round of meeting has has scheduled for November 9-11 and will be attended by representatives of the five permanant members of United Security council and the three commission which were set up by the Paris conference last year.
