Chiem Choeun aka Phon, worker of train unit, confessed that Nae aka Thanh, chief of Eastern zone logistical unit told him that Pem Phearum was a White Khmer member. Moreover, he and Pem Phearum carried out the treacherous activities such as causing 17 combatants to be dead by sinking boat and making 14 guns lose; after that, they caused a combatant to break arm by shooting in rubber plantation forest; and Pen Phearum then fled to the enemy in Prek Chik camp.
ឈ្មោះ ជៀម ជឿន ហៅ ផុន កម្មកររទេះភើ្លង បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ណើរ ហៅ ថាញ់ ប្រធានភស្ដុភារភូមិភាគបូព៌ាបានឧទេ្ទស នាមឱ្យខ្លួនដឹងថា ឈ្មោះ ប៉ែន ភារម្យ ជាខ្មែរសេរី។ ខ្លួន និង ប៉ែន ភារម្យ បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពដូចជាធ្វើឱ្យទូកលិចស្លាប់យុទ្ធជនអស់ ១៧ នាក់ បាត់អាវុធ ១៤ ដើម។ ក្រោយមកបាញ់យោធាម្នាក់បាក់ដៃ ម្ខាងនៅព្រៃកៅស៊ូ ហើយ ប៉ែន ភារម្យ បានរត់ចូលខ្មាំងនៅបន្ទាយ ព្រែកជីក។
