The Cambodian National Assembly approved the dismissal of transport Minister Ung Phan who has been under arrest more than two months for an alleged coup attempt. The Minister, a close associate of Prime Minister Hun Sen was arrested for planning the formation of a political party to challenge the ruling communist party.
