Yoan Loeun, 20, born in Prek Thun village, Prek Thmei sub-district, district 18, region 25, was an orphan who had lived with his grandmother since he was a baby. Loeun joined the revolution on February 1, 1972 under the introduction of Chhen, chief of Prek Thun village. Later, Loeun worked in battalion 112. Loeun fled home for 10 days from battalion 112, because Chong Chea persuaded him. After that the Angkar sent Loeun to office 04. In May, 1975, Loeun was moved to cell 99. Around the conclusion of M-21 clarified that Loeun did not commit a wrong action, so please released him.
