Chem Vann aka Phin, Soldier of unit P-98, confessed that Praing, Deputy Chief of Unit P-31, Division 310, assigned him to produce bad medicine for the purpose of killing patients. Praing assigned his networks to burrow inside medicine producting unit P-98 to damage medicine quality.
ឈ្មោះ ចែម វ៉ាន់ ហៅ ភិន យុទ្ធជនអង្គភាព ព-៩៨ បានឆ្លើយ ថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ប្រាំង អនុប្រធានព-៣១ កងពល ៣១០ បានដាក់ផែន ការឱ្យខ្លួនធ្វើថ្នាំឱ្យមានជាតិកករដើម្បីយកទៅចាក់ឱ្យអ្នកជម្ងឺ។ ប្រាំង -បានចាត់តាំងឱ្យបក្ខពួកទៅបង្កប់នៅកន្លែងធ្វើថ្នាំ អង្គភាព ព-៤៩ ដើម្បីធ្វើសកម្មភាពបង្ខូចគុណភាពថ្នាំ។
