Noeu Ram aka Sakun, deputy chief of battalion 513, region 5, confessed that in June 1976, Hoeng convinced him not to fight enemies along the border for 3 times; when, enemies infiltrated into our territory, we had to go away; if one of our comrades attacked them, the one would stir up conflict.
ឈ្មោះ បឿ រ៉ម ហៅ សាគុណ អនុវរសេនាតូច ៥១៣ តំបន់ ៥ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ហឹង្ស បានអប់រំខ្លួនចំនួន ៣ ដង នៅខែ ៦-១៩៧៦ មិនឱ្យវាយខ្មាំងតាមព្រំដែន ពេលខ្មាំងចូលមកនាំគ្នាដើរ ចេញ បើមិត្ដណាវាយគឺបង្កទំនាស់ហើយ។ បំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យវាយ ប្រហាររបបសមូហភាព បំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យស្រឡាញ់របបឯកជន សប្បាយហើយមានលុយចាយ។
