កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Pich Saret, male, 43, was born in Serey Sophon district, Battambang province, had a certificate of electric current from France. Before 17 April 1975, he was a lecturer of Khmer-Soviet University and electronic University. Later, he was a chief of electric current. He joined a CIA active member at Kampuchea Power Plant in 1970 through Thai Sovatha. He received the CIA's plot to criticize the Angkar and to convince people of the Angkar's insufficiency. Moreover, he additionally introduced new members and gathered train workers in order to convince them to betray the revolution.
ឈ្មោះ ពេជ សារ៉េត ភេទប្រុស អាយុ ៤៣ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅស្រុក សេរីសោភ័ណ ខេត្ដបាត់ដំបង មានសញ្ញាប័ត្រចរន្ដនៅប្រទេសបា រាំង។ មុន ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ជាសាស្ដ្រាចារ្យនៅមហាវិទ្យាល័យ ខ្មែរ-សូវៀត មហាវិទ្យាល័យអេឡិចត្រូនិក សិល្បៈ និងមុខរបរ និងជានាយក្រសួងចរន្ដ។ ចូលជាសមាជិកសកម្មសេអ៊ីអាឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ នៅអគិ្គសនីកម្ពុជាដែលមានឈ្មោះ ថៃ សុវត្ថា ជាអ្នកឧទេ្ទសនាម។ ភារកិច្ចរបស់សេអ៊ីអាគឺ វាយប្រហារអង្គការដោយពាក្យសំដី បំផុសនូវការខ្វះខាតរបស់អង្គការដើម្បីវាយប្រហារអង្គការ បញ្ចូលសមាជិកថ្មីៗថែមទៀត ប្រមូលកម្លាំងកម្មកររទេះភើ្លងឱ្យក្បត់និងអង្គការ។
