In 1958, Yin Lun, male, 35, deputy chief of regional hospital 23, was a messenger under the indoctrination of Chann Chhauy and Sabin to join Free Khmer movement. In 1960, Lun received the plot from Sabin to build up forces, to persuade monks to go against the Khmer Rouge and continuously to the late of liberation day, 17 April 1975. On March 29, 1978, the Angkar arrested Yan, chief of hospital ofregion 23, and his networks. Lun was arrested on April 13, 1978.
យិន លន់ ភេទប្រុសអាយុ ៣៥ ឆ្នាំ ជាអនុប្រធានពេទ្យតំបន់ ២៣។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៥៨ ត្រូវបាន ចាន់ឆូយ និង សាបិន អប់រំ អោយចូលក្នុងចលនាខ្មែរសេរី ជានិរសារត់សំបុត្រ។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៦០ សាបិនបានដាក់ផែនការអោយ លន់ ខំកសាងកម្លាំង ចលនាបំផុស លោកក្នុងវត្ដអោយប្រឆាំង និងខ្មែក្រហម ជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់រហូតដល់ ក្រោយរំដោះក៏នៅតែបន្ដសកម្មភាពជាមួយបក្សពួកក្បត់ និងបដិវត្ដ ដដែល។ ថ្ងៃទី២៩-៣-១៩៧៨ អង្គការបានចាប់ យ៉ាន ប្រធាន មន្ទីរពេទ្យតំបន់ ២៣ និងបក្សពួករបស់ យិន លន់ ជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់។ ឯ លន់ត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃទី១៣-៤-១៩៧៨។
