Pen Phorn, 38 years old, joined the CIA in 1972 and appreciated American for being generous in term of materials and food. After the liberation on April 17, 1975, Phorn conducted CIA activities through Hao Thouren and Tit Kung. Phorn was discontent with the communal eating, disapprove of extra working and demolished some materials.
ឈ្មោះ ប៉ែន ភន អាយុ ៣៨ ឆ្នាំ ចូលសេអ៊ីអាក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ហើយឃោសនាថាអាមេរិកល្អជួយសព្វគ្រប់មានទាំងសម្ភារៈ និង គ្រឿងស៊ីចុក។ ក្រោយរំដោះ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ភន ធ្វើសកម្មភាព សេអ៊ីអាក្នុងខ្សែរយៈរបស់ ហោ ធូរេន និង ទិត គង់។ ភន មិនពេញចិត្ដការហូបរួម មិនគាំទ្រការបន្ថែមម៉ោងធ្វើការ និងធ្វើឱ្យខូចសម្ភារៈមួយចំនួនទៀត។
