Cambodian President Samdech Preah Norodom Sihanouk called for establishing Cambodia's Phnom Penh city as a demilitarization and called zone under a UN administration and called for reconvening the Paris international conference on Cambodia as soon as possible following the signing of a cease- fire agreement in Tokyo.
