Khmer Rouge guerrillas, in a stepped up military Campaign against the Vietnamese backed Cambodian Government, killed an estimated 30 passengers and wounded about 200 others in a train attack an 15 July in Kampong Chhnaing province, 60km northwest of Phnom Penh.
