HRH Norodom Sihanouk said in Peking on Friday May 11, that the Heng Samrin-Hun Sen government's rejection of his travel to Cambodia clearly showed that the puppet regime was worried about the fact that the overwhelming majority of Cambodians would express support and allegiance to the Samdech, and that this was clear proof that the regime did not have the goodwill to bring reconciliation and peace to Cambodia.
