Khuon Suy aka Sim, deputy secretary of battalion 124, division 310, confessed that Rit, commissioner of political battalion 723, division 310, and Mong, working at division 310, joined meetings and received plots from Pheng to destroy the revolutionary forces at Banteay Ampil battlefield that located at the northwest of Phnom Penh.
ឃួន ស៊ុយ ហៅ ស៊ីម អនុលេខាវរសេនាតូច ១២៤ កងពល ៣១០ បានសារភាពថា រិត ស្នងការនយោបាយវរសេនាតូច ៧២៣ កងពល ៣១០ និងឈ្មោះ ម៉ុង នៅកងពល ៣១០ បានចូល រួមប្រជុំ ទទួលផែនការពី ផេង ឱ្យកំទេចកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ នៅសមរភូមិ បន្ទាយអំពិល ពាយ័ព្យភំ្នពេញ។
