Khuon Suy aka Sim, deputy secretary of battalion 124, division 310, confessed that Rit, political battalion 723, division 310, and Mong, working at battalion 723, division 310, who had joined meeting and received plots from Pheng to destroy the revolutionary forces at Banteay Ampil battlefield located at the northwest of Phnom Penh.
ឃួន ស៊ុយ ហៅ ស៊ីម អនុលេខាវរសេនាតូច ១២៤ កងពល ៣១០ បានសារភាពថា រិត នយោបាយវរសេនាតូច ៧២៣ កងពល ៣១០ និងឈ្មោះ ម៉ុង វរសេនាតូច ៧២៣ កងពល ៣១០ បានចូលរួម ប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ ផេង ឱ្យកំទេចកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដនៅសមរ ភូមិបន្ទាយអំពិល ភូមិភាគពាយ័ព្យភំ្នពេញ។
