Chum Nien aka Phoan, medical woman of textile factory T-2, confessed that Pheap, female, working in textile factory T-2, was Hiek's close-core network, and took plan from [him] to provoke workers into having conflict, to disconnect electric current in factory, to destroy medicines, and thread, and to cause patients to die without treatment.
