The radio station calling itself the Voice of the National army of Democratic Kampuchea, which in its 2315 gmt programme on 11 September was not heard to broadcast its normal anti-Vietnamese and anti-Phnom Penh slogans, on 14 September issued "chapter one" of 10 new political slogans.
