The prelude to Monday's meeting of the fragile union of Cambodian factions belied the traditional wrangling that was to follow. In what was deemed a "historic" moment Monday, leaders of the warring Cambodian groups entered their newly-refurbished embassy as one, before sitting down to the first meeting of an interim council that is hoped to bring peace to their war-torn country.
