Chin Thol, Member of Battalion 234, Division 290, conceded that on March 10, 1976 Ma, Chief of Regiment 23, Division 290, joined the meeting with him and received target plan from Yin, chief of division 290 to strike the revolution. Furthermore, Ma was responsible for fighting from the Northern target.
ឈ្មោះ ជិន ថុល អនុវរសេនាតូច ២៣៤ កងពល ២៩០ បាន ឆ្លើយថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១០-៣-១៩៧៦ ឈ្មោះ ម៉ា ប្រធានយោធា វរសេនាធំ ២៣ កងពល ២៩០ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំជាមួយខ្លួនទទួល មុខសញ្ញាវាយបដិវត្ដពីឈ្មោះ យិន ប្រធានយោធាកងពល ២៩០ ហើយ ម៉ា ទទួលភារកិច្ចវាយពីខាងត្បូង។
