Khuon Suy aka Sim, deputy secretary of battalion 124, division 310, confessed that No, deputy secretary of battalion 122, Chhuon, Thean and Sot received plans from Pheng to collect ammunitions, weapon and medicines for being attacked the revolution, and joined meeting and received plans from Ouen and Voeung to organize targets in Phnom Penh so as to attack the party.
ឃួន ស៊ុយ ហៅ ស៊ីម អនុលេខាវរសេនាតូច ១២៤ កងពល ៣១០ បានសារភាពថា ណូ អនុនយោបាវរសេនាតូច ១២២, ឈួន, ធាន និង សុត បានទទួលផែនការពី ផេង ឱ្យប្រមូលគ្រាប់ រំសេវ អាវុធ និងថ្នាំពេទ្យត្រៀមវាយបដិវត្ដ និងបានចូលរួមប្រជុំ ទទួលផែនការពី អឿន និង វឿង ឱ្យរៀបចំមុខសញ្ញាក្នុងក្រុងភំ្នពេញដើម្បីវាយបក្ស។
