Resistance leader Prince Norodom Sihanouk has denied that he refused to let Phnom Penh Premier Hun Sen become vice-chairman authority which he is expected to lead. In a message from his Beijing home, the Prince said that leaders of all three resistance factions agreed on Sunday that Hun Sen should only be an ordinary member of the Supreme National Council SNC, not vice chairman.
