Chann Nuon aka Sinuon, chief of Kilometer 6 factory, admitted that Khoun told him that Say, working in division 920, joined the C.I.A in 1968. After the coup, Khuon assigned Say to hide himself burrowing within the revolutionary line. Say carried out activities against the revolutionary forces in all battlefields secretly or openly; moreover, in battlefield, our 70 combatants were shot dead by enemies, because Say broke up the secret.
ឈ្មោះ ចាន់ នួន ហៅ ស៊ីនួន ប្រធានរោងចក្រនៅគីឡូម៉ែត្រលេខ ៦ បានឆ្លើយថា ឃួន បាននិយាយប្រាប់ខ្លួនថា ឈ្មោះ សយ កងពល ៩២០ ជាសេអ៊ីអា ឆ្នាំ១៩៦៨។ ក្រោយរដ្ឋប្រហារ ឃួន បានចាត់តាំងសយឱ្យស៊ីរូងបង្កប់នៅកុ្នងជួរបដិវត្ដ។ សយបាន ធ្វើ សកម្មភាពបំផ្លាញកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដគ្រប់សមរភូមិ តាមរូបភាពសម្ងាត់ និងចំហ។ នៅសមរភូមិធ្វើឱ្យខ្មាំងឃើញបែកការណ៍បណ្ដាលឱ្យ ខ្មាំងបាញ់សម្លាប់យុទ្ធជនអស់ ៧០ នាក់។
