Khuon Suy aka Sim, deputy secretary of battalion 124, division 310, confessed that Thun, soldiers of battalion, division 310, received plans from Oeun and Voeung, working at division 310, to prepare targets in Phnom Penh so as to attack the party.
ឃួន ស៊ុយ ហៅ ស៊ីម អនុលេខាវរសេនាតូច ១២៤ កងពល ៣១០ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ធន់ យោធាវរសេនាតូចកងពល ៣១០ បានទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ អឿន និង វឿង កងពល ៣១០ ឱ្យរៀបចំចែកមុខសញ្ញាក្នុងក្រុងភំ្នពេញ ដើម្បីវាយបក្ស។
