Chann Hoeun aka Phy, member of Chraing Chamreh Husbandry Office, confessed to the fact of Saut, Chief of Baray Sub-district, Baray District, Kampong Thom Province. Before the liberation, Lan assigned him to serve letters to Saut. Saut advised him Chann Hoeun to prompt soldiers to flee to their homes.
ឈ្មោះ ចាន់ ហឿន ហៅ ភី មន្ទីរចិញ្ចឹមសត្វច្រាំងចំរេះ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សូត គណៈឃុំបារាយណ៍ ស្រុកបារាយណ៍ ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ ថា មុនថ្ងៃរំដោះឈ្មោះ ឡន បានចាត់តាំងវាឱ្យយក សំបុត្រទៅឱ្យសូត។ សូត ក៍បានណែនាំវាឱ្យបំផុសយុទ្ធជនរត់ទៅផ្ទះ។
