On 28th April, a religious ceremony was organized at the Sakyamuni Chedi Stupa in Phnom Penh to celebrate the Visakha Puja day and to inaugurate the stone stele making the pipal tree planting in the Cambodian-Indian friendship bark situated in front of the shrine.
