Prince Norodom Ranariddh, personal representative of Samdech Norodom Sihanouk in Cambodia and Asia, Secretary General of the FUNCIPEC, and supreme commander and c-in-c of the National Army of Independent Cambodia [NAIC], told all commanders of the NAIC to be on guard during the period of a ceasefire which will be implemented from 1st May, saying the stance of the NAIC was to struggle for a peaceful Cambodia within them work of an inflexible independence.
