In response to an invitation from comrade Nouhak Phnoumsavan, member of the political bureau of the PRP Central Committee and Chairman of the SPA of the LPDR, comrade Cheo Sim, member of the Political Bureau of the KPRP Central Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly of the State of Cambodia, and Chairman of the National Council of the Kampuchea United Front for National Construction and Defence, led a delegation on an official friendship visit to the LPDR from 29th April to 2nd May 1991.
