On the afternoon of 14 May at 13 October Hotel comrade lieutenant general Ke Kimyan, member of the party central committee and first deputy defense minister, received and held hearty talks with the UN team led by Ghanaian lieutenant general Timothy Biduama, which was conducting a fact-finding mission to specifically inspect the implementation of the voluntary ceasefire in Cambodia.
