Put Kim Seng, 35 years old, volunteered to work as soldier and policeman to launch an operation to capture the Khmer Rouge in Phnom Penh in April 1970. Kim Seng worked as a 10-house chief and joined the Party of Socialist Republic in 1972. Kim Seng joined the CIA in 1973. After April 17, 1975, Kim Seng conducted CIA activities within the network of Tiv Kosith and Phet Bun Lim. Kim Seng convinced former workers to avoid laboring by pretending to slowly repair machines.
ឈ្មោះ ពុត គឹមសេង ងាយុ ៣៥ ឆ្នាំ បានស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដចូលរួម ជាមួយទាហាន ប៉ូលីសធ្វើប្រតិបត្ដិការចាប់ខ្មែរក្រហមក្នុង ក្រុងភ្នំពេញកាលពីខែ៤-១៩៧០។ គឹមសេង ធ្លាប់ធ្វើមេ១០ខ្នង ហើយចូលគណបក្សសាធារណរដ្ឋនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ និង ចូលសេអ៊ីអា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ គឹមសេង ធ្វើសកម្ម ភាពសេអ៊ីអាក្នុងខ្សែរបស់ ទីវ កូសិទ្ធ និង ផេត ប៊ុនលឹម។ គឹមសេង ចលនាកម្មករចាស់ឱ្យគេចពីពលកម្មដោយយកលេសធ្វើម៉ាស៊ីនឱ្យយឺត។
