Khoem Hie aka Veng confessed that Horl indoctrinated him to serve as a spy and assigned him to make contact with other networks. After Veng had linked with Bo, they built up Kuy Hong to betray. In 1968, Veng attended CIA spy under introduction of Horl and Bo. In 1970, Bo assigned Veng to hide in the revolutionary line. In 1975, Veng linked with Sorn and built up 2 forces. Since before and after Veng was arrested, Veng was a network of Sorn.
ខឹម ហៀ ហៅ វែង បានសារភាពថាខ្លួនបានទទួលការអប់រំពីឈ្មោះ ហ៊ល ឱ្យធ្វើគិញ ហើយបានណែនាំឱ្យស្គាល់ខ្សែចាត់តាំង។ ក្រោយ មក វែង មកភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយ បូ វិញហើយកសាងកម្លាំងបានម្នាក់ ឈ្មោះ គុយ ហុង។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៦៨ វែងចូលសេអ៊ីអា តាមរយៈ ហ៊ល និង បូ លុះដល់ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ បូ បានចាត់តាំងវែង ឱ្យបង្កប់ខ្លួនក្នុងជួរ បដិវត្ដ។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ វែងបានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយ ស៊ន ហើយកសាង កម្លាំងក្បត់បានពីរនាក់ទៀត វែង នៅជាមួយខ្សែ ស៊ន ហើយកសាង កម្លាំង ២នាក់ទៀត វែងជាមនុស្សខ្សែ ស៊ន រហូតដល់អង្គការចាប់ ខ្លូន។
