I think that the issue of UN control over the ceasefire and the end of military aid is the key issue to solving and ending Vietnam's war in Cambodia because Vietnam keeps sending Vietnamese troops and war materiel to the Cambodian battlefield to cooperate with the Phnom Penh sides troops to attack the Cambodian National.
