Hun Sen talked about an enhanced role for the UN in Supervising the general elections. He said however that the dismantling of the state of Cambodia's administrative structure is unacceptable " Our party and government do not want war" Hun Sen Said, "but we will never accept the return to power of the genocidal Pol Pot clique or allow Sihanouk and Son Sann to return to Cambodia with Pol Pot behind them.
