According to the draft of the comprehensive agreement, this UN mission will conduct a comprehensive supervision in Cambodia, including the cease-fire and the cessation of foreign military aid to Cambodia, particularly the total withdrawal of Vietnamese aggressors troops and forces from Cambodia, it will ensure that the withdrawn Vietnamese troops and forces do not return to Cambodia.
