In the second week of September 1991, Pol Pot and Sereika (Son Sann) troops continued to successively carry out activities in validation of the Unlimited ecase-fire. At 1,500 (local time) on September 04, sereika and Pol Pot troops fired 200 shells on the areas east and southeast of Svay Chek and TaPho in Banteay Meancheay Province.
