Both sides in the 12 years old Cambodian war have accused the other of violating the indefinite truce agreed to last week at peace talks in Thailand. Cambodia's official news media said Wednesday, in dispatches seen yesterday in Bangkok, the communist Khmer Rouge had begun a large-scale offensive against three government positions in northwestern Battambang Province.
