The Sounds of big guns were audible in this Thai birder town overnight Wednesday and early yesterday. Wednesday's accord also failed to relax widespread fears in Khmer Rouge camps in Thailand that Cambodia's deposed radical Marxist rulers were preparing for forced repatriation to areas infested with landmines and malaria, aid workers said.
