Pann Ho, commissioner of Platoon 105, Division 170, confessed that Sin, former soldier of Division 502, studied in Beijing. Visal said Sin was a traitor in 1973. Sin and he Pann Ho received Visal's plots to convince soldiers to fear the battlefield, people to oppose to collective regime. In July 1976, Sin burnt down a house near Fine Arts School in Phnom Penh.
ឈ្មោះ ប៉ាន់ ហូ ស្នងការអនុសេនាតូច ១០៥ កងពល ១៧០ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ស៊ីន អតីតនៅកងពល ៥០២ ទៅរៀននៅប៉េងកាំង ថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ឈ្មោះវិសាល ប្រាប់វាថា ស៊ីនក្បត់។ ស៊ីននិង វា ទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី វិសាល ឱ្យបំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យខ្លាច សមរភូមិ បំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យប្រឆាំងរបបសមូហភាព។ នៅខែ៧-១៩៧៦ ស៊ីន បានដុតផ្ទះមួយខ្នងនៅម្ដុំសាលារចនាភ្នំពេញ។
