March 1969: The United States begins " Secret " bombing of Cambodia, aiming of Vietnamese communist bases. March 18, 1970: Prince Norodom Sihanouk ousted after 30 years as Cambodian leader by US backed Lon Nol . A few weeks later US and South Vietnamese troops invade.
