The Thai government has allocated 20.6 m baht in the current fiscal year to provide technical assistance to Cambodia. The Thai Deputy Agriculture Minister, At Taolanon, who has just returned from Cambodia, said that agricultural output there was insufficient for local consumption as the population growth rate was increasing.
