The Khmer Rouge has pledge it will not plunge Cambodia into civil war again and also gave an assurance it will compare fully to implement the United Nations peace plan signed in Paris. In an interview with the Bangkok Post in Paris last week, Khmer Rouge political leader Khieu Samphan said his organisation is confident of support from an " over whelming majority of Cambodians both inside and outside Cambodia.
