Summary / Abstract :

The Cambodian peace accord ,arks the beginning of the post-war Thai-Cambodian relations, which would require painful adjustments to old problems and new prospects. Old problems that will continue to plague the two countries would undoubtedly be the fate of the 350,000 Cambodian displaced persons waiting for proper repatriation and Khmer Rouge's legacy.
