We have the honor to rater to the final statement dated 23 December last of the Paris meeting held under the presidency of your excellencies co-Presidents of the Paris conference on Cambodia (PCC) , at the end of which all the Cambodian parties forming the supreme National council (SNC) reiterated their acceptance of the Perm-Five framework document in its entirety as the basis for settling the Cambodia conflict, at the same time expressed their ad hence to the 26 November draft agreements on most of the Fundamental points.
