Nen Tuy aka Phy, 31, secretary of battalion 513, region 5, received the indoctrination from Mauch to serve as a spy in 1968. Then, Phy built up 4 forces and infiltrated themselves into the revolutionary line in 1970 through Thun. Thun later introduced Phy into CIA with Hoeng, secretary of region 5, being an acceptor.
ណែន ទុយ ហៅ ភី អាយុ ៣១ ឆ្នាំ លេខាវរៈសេនាទូច ៥១៣ ទំបន់ ៥ បានទទួលការអប់រំពីឈ្មោះ ម៉ូច ឱ្យធ្វើគិញ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៦៨។ បន្ទាប់មកភីបានកសាងកម្លាំងបាន ៤នាក់ និងបានចូល ខ្លួនបង្កប់ក្នុងបដិវត្ដនៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០ តាមរយៈ ធន់ ។ ក្រោយមក ធន់បានបញ្ចូល ភី ជាសេអ៊ីអា ដោយមាន ហឹង លេខាតំបន់ ៥ ទទួលស្គាល់។
