In 1967, King Phoeu aka Rin served for CIA group through Teng, chief of Sampong Chey sub-district, and Suk, chief of Cheung Prey district. In 1970, Teng and Suk assigned Rin to infiltrate into the revolutionary line to connect with Yoeun. In June 1974, Yoeun ordered Rin to contact CIA network with Pang, chief of Ministry of S-71. In December 1976, Pang introduced Rin to Se, secretary of Northern Zone. Rin communicated with Pang until the day the Angkar made his arrest.
នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៧ គីង ភឿ ហៅ រីន បានចូលបំរើក្រុមសេអ៊ីអា តាម រយៈឈ្មោះ តេង ប្រធានឃុំសំពងជ័យនិង ស៊ុក ចៅហ្វាយស្រុក ជើងព្រៃ។ ១៩៧០ តេង និងស៊ុក បានចាត់តាំង រីន ឱ្យចូលបង្កប់ ខ្លួនក្នុងជួរបដិវត្ដភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយឈ្មោះយឿន។ ខែ៦-១៩៧៤ យឿន បានចាត់តាំងរីនឱ្យភ្ជាប់ខ្សែសេអ៊ីអាជាមួយប៉ង់ គណៈក្រសួង ស-៧១។ ខែ១២-១៩៧៦ ប៉ង់ បានឧទេ្ទសនាមឱ្យរីន ទាក់ទងជា មួយសែ លេខាភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ។ រីន បានទាក់ទងជាមួយ ប៉ង់ រហូត ដល់ថ្ងៃអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួន។
