In 1973, 5 months after the revolutionary victory, Mong was a medic in Sa-ang District under Iv Sin. Sin conducted anti-revolutionary movement. Mong assigned Kha to launch an indoctrination within cell by hindering working progress. Mong joined forces with Sin and Sitha. Mong recruited 6 people from Leuk Dek village.
នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ ពេលដែលបដិវត្ដន៍ផ្ទុះបាន ៥ខែ ម៉ុង បានធ្វើពេទ្យ យោធាប្រចាំស្រុកស្អាង ក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់ អ៊ីវ ស៊ីន ។ ស៊ីន បានឱ្យធ្វើចលនាប្រឆាំងជាមួយបដិវត្ដន៍ ។ ម៉ុង បានចាត់តាំង ឈ្មោះ ខា ធ្វើចលនាក្នុងកងដោយធ្វើយ៉ាងនាកុំឱ្យ ការងារក្នុងកង មានការរីកចំរើន ។ ម៉ុង បានធ្វើការរួមជាមួយ ស៊ិន និង ស៊ីថា ម៉ុងបានចាត់តាំងនៅក្នុងភូមិលើកដែកបាន ៦នាក់ ។
