In March 1976, a meeting, with 3 people: Sarin, Thoeun and Sambatt involved, was convened at 7 pm. The three distributed leaflets at some designated targets. The content of the leaflets was that cadre had to sleep and eat well, while soldiers could not sleep well and eat insufficient foods.
នៅខែ៣-១៩៧៦ មានការប្រជុំមួយនៅម៉ោង៧យប់មានគ្នា៣នាក់គឺ សារិន, ធឿននិងសំបាត់។ អ្នកទាំង៣នាក់នេះបានធ្វើជាត្រាក់ ហើយដើរបាចតាមមុខសញ្ញាដែលបានកំណត់។ ខ្លឹមសារនៅក្នុង ត្រាក់គឺកម្មាភិបាលដេកស្រួលស៊ីឆ្ងាញ់ឯយុទ្ធជនដេកមិនស្កប់ស្កល់ ស៊ីមិនឆ្អែត។
