Khun Dean aka Doeun, member of land transport unit, confessed that Oeun, chief of division 310, Suong, chief of division 450, and Nai, working in tank unit, attended the meeting and also received a plot from Khuon on May 30, 1975. The plot stated about recruiting and collecting hidden network, actively encouraging an activity of recruiting all kind of hidden forces, and also screening them for being taken an action.
ឃុន ឌាន ហៅ ឌឿន សមាជិកដឹកជញ្ជូនជើងគោក បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ អឿន ប្រធានកងពល ៣១០, សួង ប្រធានកងពល ៤៥០, និងឈ្មោះ ណៃ កងពលរថក្រោះ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពី ឃួន នៅថ្ងៃ៣០-៥-១៩៧៥ ស្ដីអំពីការកសាងប្រមូលកម្លាំង ឡើងវិញជាខ្សែសង្វាក់ បំផុសចលនាកៀងគកម្លាំងគ្រប់ប្រភេទ និងសំរិតសំរាំងត្រៀមលក្ខណៈសម្បត្ដិដើម្បីចាត់វិធានការ។
