In July 1973, Vann working at regiment 126, division 1, eastern zone. In December 1974, Vanna worked in handicap office of unit P-104, and in February 1975, Vanna was transferred to work at military unit after took technical and political training course at school S-204.
នៅខែ ៧-១៩៧៣ វណ្ណា នៅកងវរសេនាធំ ១២៦ កងពលទី ១ ភូមិភាគបូព៌ា។ ខែ១២-១៩៧៤ វណ្ណា ទៅនៅមនី្ទរយុទ្ធជនពិការ អង្គភាព ព-១០៤ និងខែ២-១៩៧៥ បានផ្លាស់ទៅនៅអង្គភាព កងទ័ពរៀនបចេ្ចកទេស និងនយោបាយនៅសាលា ស-២០៤។
