District School Commander ordered villagers of Yang Prang and leadership of Ynge Yangprang to join forces to seek salt, chili and others. If the people fled their homes, region chiefs had to be questioned. Iron pots were distributed to women of Y-Nge village. Soldiers had not to quarrel with each other. If anyone persisted the order, torture would be mete out urgently.
