According to reports from Phnom Penh residents and those often traveled to the capital city, a growing number of Vietnamese aggressor troops have been sighted now living in Phnom Penh city. They mostly take up residence along the banks of Tonle Sap River, in the Russei, New, and Depot markets in the chba Ampeou and Takhman suburbs, and soon.
