Khin Sarin, 42 years old, joined the CIA in 1972 and also convincingly explained workers that the Khmer Rouge forces lacked rice and medicines. Sarin knew Man, medicine seller at Takhmau. After April 17, 1975, Sarin conducted CIA activities within the group of Hao Thouren, Muong You Tech, and Lay Bunly by pitting a group against another and discrediting the revolutionary Angkar.
ឃិន សារិន អាយុ ៤២ឆ្នាំ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ បាន ឃោសនាពន្យល់កម្មករថាកងទ័ពខ្មែរក្រហមខ្វះបាយខ្វះថ្នាំពេទ្យ និងបាន ចាំអ្នកលក់ថ្នាំពេទ្យនៅតាខ្មៅឈ្មោះ ម៉ន។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧ មេសា ១៩៧៥ សារិន ធ្វើសកម្មភាពសេអ៊ីអាក្នុងខ្សែ ហោ ធូរេន, មួង យូតិច និង ឡាយ ប៊ុនលី ដោយឃោសនាញុះញុងពីក្រុមកម្មករ មួយទៅក្រុមកម្មករមួយទៀតនិងឃោសនាវាយប្រហារអង្គការបដិវត្ដ។
